About the atelier
Umpire Keynote Atelier grew from a single cutting table near Gwangbok Market into a focused dressmaking room for adults who want clothing that settles on their shoulders, not on a size chart. We sew in Jung-gu, Busan, with daylight on the forms and enough quiet for careful pinning.
Our work is made-to-measure sewing: we draft or adjust blocks for you, cut fashion fabric only after fit is proven, and finish seams with methods that suit the cloth. We are not a fashion marketplace and we do not run a kidswear line. Commissions stay personal — one client, one calendar, one garment at a time when the cut is complex.
How we work with clients
- Consultations by appointment so the fitting room stays unhurried
- Written KRW estimates before meterage is reserved
- Korean and English conversation during open hours
- Respect for privacy — no street photography of fittings without consent
- Repair and refresh services for garments we originally sewed
The name pairs the domain stem with the niche we practice: keynote moments deserve clothing that holds its line. Whether you need a quiet wool coat for harbour winters or a linen set for long Busan summers, we start with cloth and end with a wearable structure you can move in.
