Terms of service
These terms govern use of the website umpirekeynote.run and commissions with Umpire Keynote Atelier, 88 Gwangbok-ro, Jung-gu, Busan 48939, South Korea. By booking a consult, paying a deposit, or using this site, you agree to these terms. Korean law applies; courts in Busan have jurisdiction for disputes arising from atelier services unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
Services
We provide adult made-to-measure dressmaking, fittings, fabric guidance, and related sewing. We do not operate a fashion marketplace and do not offer a kidswear line. Descriptions and KRW prices on the site are indicative; the written estimate for your commission controls labour and cloth charges.
Appointments, deposits, and cancellation
Fitting and consult slots are by appointment during posted hours (Tuesday–Saturday 11:00–19:00). Deposits reserve fabric and calendar time. If you cancel after cloth is cut to your pattern, the deposit and cut cloth cost are generally non-refundable because the meterage cannot be resold as new. Unused deposits for cancelled work before cutting may be refunded minus administrative cost disclosed at booking. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule fittings when possible.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact details, attend fittings, and approve muslin or fashion-fabric stages before we proceed. Delays in your approvals may extend delivery. Client-supplied fabric is accepted only after our inspection; we are not liable for hidden flaws that appear after cutting if we disclosed residual risk.
Intellectual property and conduct
Website text, photographs, and brand marks belong to Umpire Keynote Atelier. You may not copy patterns we draft for commercial reproduction. We decline commissions that infringe third-party trademarks or request counterfeit branding.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Korean law, our liability for a commission is limited to the amounts paid for that commission. We are not liable for indirect losses such as event inconvenience when delays arise from fabric supply, fitting absences, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Korean consumer or product rules.
